Throughout my career, I have sought to use music as a tool for cultural dialogue, education, and creative exchange. As a music producer, DJ, remixer, music scorer, and curator, my practice explores the intersection of African musical heritage and contemporary electronic music, creating work that connects traditional rhythmic forms with modern production techniques and global audiences.

My creative work is deeply influenced by African musical traditions, particularly the legacy of Afrobeat, highlife, jazz, and indigenous percussion. I combine these influences with breakbeats, electronic music, hip-hop, and experimental sound design to produce performances and recordings that celebrate cultural identity while engaging with contemporary music culture.

Alongside my studio practice, I have developed an active performance career, appearing as a DJ at events in multiple countries and building audiences through festivals, cultural events, and music showcases. These international engagements have enabled me to share African-inspired electronic music with diverse audiences while fostering artistic collaboration across borders.

My recent work demonstrates the breadth of my interdisciplinary practice. I served as Music Scorer and Music Curator for the Nollywood feature film Twin Flame, where I composed original music and curated the film's sonic identity to support its narrative and emotional development. I also contributed as a Remixer for Our Mighty Groove, a production by Uchenna Dance presented at Sadler's Wells, collaborating with the creative team to reinterpret musical works for live performance and strengthen the relationship between music and choreography.

Beyond performance and production, I am increasingly committed to creating opportunities for learning and cultural exchange. My long-term artistic vision is to develop an international programme of workshops, seminars, and masterclasses that explores the influence of African music on contemporary global genres, particularly Afrobeats, hip-hop, electronic music, and dance culture.

In parallel with my artistic work, I continue to expand my knowledge through interdisciplinary research, exploring the relationships between music, technology, cultural heritage, and creative innovation. This research informs both my productions and my educational activities, enabling me to translate complex musical ideas into accessible learning experiences for emerging artists and audiences.

Looking ahead, I intend to establish a platform that connects musicians, producers, educators, and cultural institutions through collaborative projects that encourage cross-cultural dialogue and artistic innovation. My ambition is to create sustainable programmes that support emerging talent, promote African musical heritage internationally, and strengthen relationships between the UK creative sector and artists from Africa and the wider global music community.

I believe that music has the power not only to entertain but also to educate, preserve cultural memory, and create meaningful international connections. Through my ongoing work as a producer, performer, curator, and educator, I aim to contribute to a more inclusive and collaborative global music ecosystem while supporting the continued evolution of contemporary music.
